all remember seeing me at the STS

did the pokemon company
seem to have a good time in san diego or was there alot of
things they didn't like?

bit busy, but I saw them playing cards with everyone."
master_trainer_pat says, "I really didn't get to talk
with them all that much. I hope they did."
Is this the first time
TPC has had an STS presence?
master_trainer_pat says, "There have been folks
from TPC there in the past."

ear: Wouldn't Florida be a change of pace for an ECSTS...say
Miami or Orlando?

Why can't there be one
throw one in ATL awww come on it'd be fun look on the bright

the great job WotC, and in particular the MTs, did, with the
WCSTS. She's sorry she didn't get to meet DAS. or to have
DAS orMTP sign her cards. :(

Why fewer prizes in
Booster draft?
darkmaster_steve says, "because you get packs for
the draft, and they were cheap drafts."
master_trainer_pat says, "Because they're like $3,
you get to keep the cards and you're only in a tournament
with 7 other people."
I meant fewer prize
cards. Not Boosters/
darkmaster_steve says, "because you are only
playing with a 40 card deck, if you played with 6 prizes,
then you would most likely run out of cards."
Want to thank you guys
for a great STS/weekend. I really liked the Theme Deck
Challenge. But, I think the Theme Deck Gods had something
against me. I got Misty, and I didn't play against a Blaine.
But of course, Lt. Surge was ready for a game. ;-)
master_trainer_pat says, "The Them Deck Challenge
was a crowd favorite, believe it or not. Those tourneys had
the best turnout of the three 64 people or less tourneys in
the side event area."
Who is in charge of the
Judge choosing for the sts?
master_trainer_pat says, "That would be the
tournament manager...MT Mike!"
As a suggestion for the
next STS, plan the unique "one per day" side events, like
unlimited, later in the day...so that main event people can
participate too?
master_trainer_pat says, "Why? The purpose of the
side-events was to give the folks that didn't want to play
in the main tournament or couldn't for some reason,
something to do."
If an STS type event is
held next year, are their any plans to include the 15+ age
group in QT's (minus the plane fare). There has been much
speculation on the WizPOG boards about this very issue.
(Yes, I agree it is getting old), I just want to dis
darkmaster_steve says, "unfortunately we havn't
been well informed. Sorry."
Were there any
"standout" players that you saw at the WCSTS, (not taking
credit away from anyone) that deserves mentioning?
master_trainer_pat says, "No, with only a couple
of exceptions everyone there was a quality competitor and
good sports."
In
future STSes, will dice be rolled in cups? (I told ya so!
See the boards if you don't know what I mean)
darkmaster_steve says, "I doubt it to be honest,
I have a phobia of cups."
darkmt_mike says, "They will also be rolled in flour
and fried to a crispy brown! Please!"
Any
idea when the Create-A-Pokemon cards will be up on the
site?

turned out of the hotel lobby before we could finish."
