purity valiantly battles the common cold.... hi dere....i hab a code...thas why i didet ubdate...can sobeode tell be how so buch bucus cad fid ih my head? ech is back! yaaay! waitaminnit...why am i cheering....i should be sad he's not here....well, i'm just glad he's done traveling and can at least talk to me on aim. his suitcase with his clothes got lost tho. so he has to stay home from work tomorrow...that's right everyone, the echidna called in...naked!! hah! can't go to work if you got no clothes!! zeo edition continues!! well, it looks like the zeo edition is winding up for the long haul...yesterday you got sentret, today we are backtracking a bit to bring you....
aawww isn't it cute....ech likes it because it looks like an echidna...when we were in chinatown he found a little cyndaquil pvc and bought it. we ought to have had another card, a jumbo promo trainer, but we can't think of a good name for it. it's all done but the name, so try back later and see if inspiration has struck...anyways let's see how long we can keep up this one card a day thing....

time runs out on
purity.... aaaaaww...anyways let's see if ech and i can get our butts in gear and pick up the pace with the zeo set!
the echidna's traveling woes.... poor poor ech...i had to put him in a cab and send him to the airport today...gosh i'll miss him. he was supposed to be home by now, but alas his plane sat on the tarmac for an hour and a half at lga and he missed his connecting flight. so he's stuck in dallas...i felt sorry for him at first, cause quite frequently one gets stuck at the airport. not our echidna however....he is currently living the high life in a first class hotel suite with a jacuzzi, and he gets a first class flight tomorrow morning back to calgary. his luggage is missing however, so he has to wear the same clothes, but it beats hell out of the floor at the airport. well, check back tomorrow, as i have some stuff i hope to have up at various times. see you then!! |

it was really a lot of fun doing those updates together. but, look for some pics added to the sts gallery, some new zeo edition, and maybe some new clip backs and stuff in the neo3. til then! |

what else do we have for you....well we've added three new staff members! tune in to meet them later. we just keep growing. my my. oh, thanks to hackman, our flash section has been fixed. it worked for macs, but was apparently messing up for pc's. which has to tell you something. anyways that should be fine now. in sadder news, ech is going home tomorrow....he and i have had such a great time together and we're really going to miss each other. but we'll have a lot of great memories and hopefully we'll see each other again sometime soon. anyways, if we don't get much more visibly updated it's because we want to work on a bunch of behind the scenes stuff while we're both in the same place. just wait til you see some of the stuff we've come up with.... :D until later! |

wow, we missed a day in the updating, first time in a long time...anyways ech has been doing all the updating lately so he's making me do it today. happy thanksgiving to all of you who are doing that today...i was gonna put up a special on how to cook turkey over at my site, sugarshock, but i never got it done. i have so little free time lately now that ech is here...we only have a few more days left in his visit and haven't done a lot of the things we'd wanted to.
vending series 3 is up at last! anyways, in relevant news, we finally have the vending series 3 up. go take a look!! mechachu wants you all to go take a look.....thanks again to him for providing all the translations as well as the scans...
zeo's ests coverage a success!! i finally got a chance to go take a look at all the ests coverage on other top sites, and i was surprised at how often zeo, ech or i got mentioned....we went hoping to have a good time and maybe promote our site a bit and it seemed to have gone over great! we're thrilled with the reception we've had, and are so proud of ourselves for breaking the top 100 in the pokemon village top sites....we've only been open about five weeks! anyways, we hope all you newcomers will continue to check back, since we have a lot of unique stuff planned for zeo that we haven't seen anywhere else. we want to keep you all coming back. again, thanks all of you who stopped by to check us out, and all of you who mentioned our sts coverage on your sites and bulletin boards.
we're getting lots more pics emailed to us, and we still have a bunch of our own to put up in our photo gallery. that digital camera was one of the smartest purchases i ever made.....go take a look if you like! zeo's first contest continues! and don't forget, zeo's first fake card contest is still going on....use our combination blanks and make a hybrid pokemon. contest details can be found near the bottom of the page.....we've gotten a lot of really great entries and it's going to be a tough one to judge.
ests promo card offer we've also gotten a lot of emails from people asking how they can get one of the purity and echidna's unowns promo card we made to hand out at the ests. well, we will have a mailing address up soon, and details on how to get one. it looks like demand might be rather high, so we're figuring out the best way to handle it. we should have all that determined within the next couple of days. well, it's not a spectacular update, but we're trying to cram a lot into a day lately....tomorrow we should have a bit more for you to look at. until later! |

Not really anything has
been happening to us as of late. We went down to the
Meadowlands to scope things out. We didn't venture inside
however due to the fact that there seemed to be something
else going on. Interesting though, people would enter with
empty bags and come out with them full of trash. Pretty
exciting no?
well, we spent a few hours this afternoon dividing up the rares from the challenge box. it took a while, but for the most part we were happy with what we got....BUT....we both wanted the mewtwo. ech said he should have it cause he opened it. i said i should have it cause he already had one. he pointed out that his wasn't first edition, and i had one too! (yeah but mine is japanese!!) there just wasn't any way either of us was going to give in on this one.....so we figured we'd turn it into a physical challenge...one mewtwo card in the middle of the table...on the count of three we grabbed for it....ah hell.... now nobody's happy... |

today is veteran's day! so go buy some of those little poppies. several of them. a zeo first.... ech and i can both actually update in the same room!! can you believe it!? gym challenge challenge!! well, we had a blast opening that box of cards....even if all i seemed to pull were rare trainers....at least ONE of us got a rocket's mewtwo....if you missed the chat event and for whatever reason would like to read it, it should be posted over at sugarshock forums later on today. well, that's about all i have to say...wanna hear something from ech? well, it just so happens i have him right here! :D

ech lands today!! maybe not a big deal to you all, but i'm pretty happy about it....team hoax live and in person! gym challenge challenge!! ok, want to see us open that box of first edition gym challenge? well, you can, sort of....we're gonna open it in an aim chatroom. we plan to start at 9:15 pm EST, and the name of the chatroom will be gym challenge challenge. come along and watch the fun! announcing a new type of fake..... i had an idea for a trainer card to sort of commemorate my struggles to get my place cleaned up for ech's visit, and the pic i drew was funny, and it seemed a shame to shrink it down so tiny tiny....what to do....i remembered the lot of jumbo promo cards i just bought on ebay and said to ech "we should make this a jumbo promo!" well he thought that sounded great and made me a jumbo trainer blank on the spot. so there you go, just a little twist on fake cardmaking..... what? you want to see it? oh ok.

well, i got to get some sleep so i can go pick ech up at the airport tomorrow...i'm sure he'll have a lot to say about his flight so maybe check back on the ech vs. ny page and see how he fared. see you all 'bout later...bye for now!

well let's see what i
can find to update with.... sorry, i don't know if there will be anymore looking into the future type updates...goldfish do not belong in blenders...[glances significantly at ech] i mean, that's just asking for trouble... well, there are only 9 more days til the sts....hope you're all getting yourselves ready. i'm not ready....i'm still revising my deck but hopefully i'll have it together in time. and hey, remember we're going to be opening that box of gym challenge tomorrow, so check back for the time and name of the chat room. this is the first of what we intend to be many aim chat events hosted by zeo, so we'll see how this one goes!
hope you've been saving kraft macaroni and cheese proofs of purchase... ...because you can send em in to get cool pokemon stuff. i've saved 'em even tho they haven't had any offers just on the off chance they would eventually, so i'm set! (if i can remember where i put them..) anyways six proofs will get you your choice of a charmander, pikachu, meowth, poliwhirl, jigglypuff or squirtle (poor bulbasaur! not even in the running!) ink stamper. one proof of purchase and $4.95 will get you a bowl that looks like a pokeball!! yaaay!!
they...closed....the....store.... what do you think....i got on the bus the other day to go to this pokemon store the next town over. it was a great store cause it had pretty much all imported stuff at incredibly good prices. i was going to get a japanese beanie pokemon ($7) , maybe a pack of neo2 ($6) and look at the selection of pvc figurines ($2) and who knows what else. so i get off the bus, walk over to the store...and it's COMPLETELY EMPTY. locked up tight with a for rent sign in the window. well, i was speechless. so i walked farther down the street to the comics store from which the pokemon store branched out and asked (by then i wasn't speechless anymore) what happened to it. they moved it to some mall i've never heard of. man, that sucked... i mean, i was planning on taking ech there cause i always got him neo2 and stuff from there. and it also really sucks cause i lost a bet with him and owe him a pack of neo2, and now i gotta pay like $12 for a pack instead of $6!!! how could they close it!! :( oh well, i'll just have to take ech to some anime stores in manhattan....he's getting off the plane tomorrow!! we are going to have a really good time. keep tuning in to ech vs. ny and find out what we've been doing. see you all 'bout later...bye for now! |

that we don't have more for you right now, but at least we
still update everyday! I still have a TON of Clip Backs to
UL as well as some Evolutions of the Combo Backs... maybe
I'll see if I can get them up later today.. just so much to
do amidst packing and with Pure cleaning and all... ugh.
Well.... soon it'll all be over, and we'll try to have a

new backs are up!! man....it took me freaking long enough but my ghost backs are up finally. i'd planned to have these up for halloween, but with the haunters and the halloween banner and the sugarshock update and the sewing and all i ran out of time. the day after halloween i spent lounging on the couch, eating out of my trick or treat bag, and relaxing...and chatting on aim. for some reason when i turn it on so everyone can contact me, everyone does...and i don't get any work done. funny how that works. anyways, i sort of did the same thing on thursday, at least the aim part. i had other work i was trying to do and didn't manage to get to the backs.... but friday, i decided, would be different. i worked and worked and got them done. these were made from scratch, not adapted from other backs and that's what took me so long. anyways i hope you enjoy them, sorry they weren't available for halloween, but what you gonna do. look for the new backs over in the nouveau section.

a really cool thing i got at software etc.... what do you think....i went in to get some boosters, and first off i saw the pikachu edition n64....it looks pretty cool, pikachu's cheeks light up. i bought my boosters (two heroes, one challenge) and was on my way out i looked over at the section of game boy accessories and saw..... it came in a japanese package, and it has pikachus on the ends of the cable where you plug it into the gameboy. when you plug it in it looks like pikachu is holding onto your gameboy. i'd post a pic of it but i don't know where my digital camera is...maybe i'll do it later on today. anyways, i like it a lot. well, it looks like that's your lot for now....check back and see if we have something else for you later, which we may do. enjoy your weekend!!

Well... for those of you that don't know.... it's T-Minus One week before I take off to the Big Apple... in fact... I think I have a little counter around here somewhere... aha! Here it is... And also... for those of you that didn't know... Pure and I came into possession of a Box of First Edition Challenge that we are going to open next Friday.... which brings us to.... [Announcer Voice]
That's right folks.... you can witness two friends going
head to head in a battle of wits and luck in order to divde
up the box of cards... Pure got that at the Qualifier in Braintree... looks cool huh? You know, even Wizards is getting into the spirit. Yesterday they released a Press Release about the STS... very interesting things there.... [Ech skims over the statement] "...hundereds of players.... gold medal.... japan.... france...us...." WHAT?!?!
What?!?! No Canada?!?! I'm
shocked and appaled... I mean sure, we're easily
forgetable... but to mention places like Finland or Isreal
but not mention your dashing nieghbours to the north?!
Well... that settles it... Ole Echy boy is just going to
have to win the STS in the name of the Canuck! [Breaks
