I hope I don't burn the place down or anything... Well, let's see... There's not much happening in the Pokémon World at the moment, but I bet there's a rumor or two floating around somewhere I can dig up... It may not be Pokémon-related, but IGNcube reports that Nintendo may be working on a Game Boy Advance Plus, an updated version of the GBA(and I just got mine!). There's not much of an update, rather than fixing the GBA's biggest complaint: a non-backlit LCD screen. Granted, it's rumor, so take it with a grain of salt. [ech's note] ...so does that mean that portable monopoly will be run out of business before they start? Project: Zeo! Woooooo! Here comes Project Z.E.O., and tonight we got a card straight from Eric's Mewtwo, art and all. We gave each member of the team a certain number of Pokemon to do themselves for those wondering, so tonight's card is of that hot-headed starting Pokémon, Typhlosion! What a burning personality...   Well, since they get that many to do themselves, the Project Z.E.O. team still needs your help! So check out the M.I.A. Listing to see what Pokémon they're still in need of, then send your best stuff to them! Your help is very much appreciated as always! Pokémon Advance rumors! It'll be like Pokémon, except Advanced! Ooooh! New Pokémon Cards! These are 2 new Trainer cards released in Japan recently. It looks like they're still going to be toying around with regular card layouts as well as the Universal format... [ech note] actually, this is a card designed the for new TAG TEAM format, and it embraces both classic backs as well as univeral ones. its pretty hard to translate the pages, but we're working on it, so look for them tomorrow.. but from what i udnerstand and guess... the tag matches look really fun and innovative. Well, other than that, nothing too new or exciting is happening right now... I guess I'll end my update now. Man, I'm glad I was able to get through that without burning anything to the ground! ^_^ *site suddenly bursts into flames and burns down for no reason* o_oiii ech and pure're gonna kill me....

This time we got the reindeer-reject thats probably disgruntled at Santa, Stantler! With some very nice artwork by RockyR, as well as attacks too, this is one mean doe! look into my apple shaped horns... Hey, Project Z.E.O. still needs your art and attacks, so check out the M.I.A. Listing to see what they still need artwork for, your help is much appreciated! hey look! dune's got a report on the new ultimate pokedex too! check it out.... it's really well written! Today I purchased the new Pokédex [as what is shown in Gold and Silver] at Target, which ranges at about $17.99 and is in Gold and has all 250 Pokémon [sans Celebi :(]. Basically, here are the pros and cons about the Pokédex Deluxe. Pros: Better looking graphics, no more blockiness as the characters now resemble the Pokémon they're supposed to represent, and it's a fully-functional organizer, complete with memo section, calendar, security password and even a function on listing your top nine [extended from five] Pokémon you wanna catch. There's even a green light at the bottom to give the illusion of a functioning Pokédex when turned on. Cons: First off, like Harry Potter's Spellbook, although the Deluxe does have a cell battery backup [basically for storing all your infodata in case your other batteries fail], it also requires 4 AAA batteries that are not included, and like the packaging suggests, I'd get Duracell Ultra and a small screwdriver. Yep, unfortunately you have to UNSCREW the battery back in order to get into it. Search input is no longer an option for the Deluxe, mainly because Tiger was so busy inputting organizer functions into the thing, the search part is no longer available, but you can sort of bypass the problem by using the Sorter function that lists Pokémon by type instead. In order to look up your fave Pokémon you have to go thru the entire 250 list, fortunately, the back button lets you go backwards in case your faves are beyond the 151 mark. Also the animations only apply when you access a feature, and not with the images :P, which made me wonder why because they were able to do it with Harry Potter, perhaps they couldn't program all 250 animations or something, but at least now the descriptions are more accurate and both Gold and Silver Pokédex descriptions are included when looking up the new GS Pokémon. So what is the verdict on this, should you purchase this item? Well, basically, I would if you are a hardcore Pokéfan, otherwise this is just one of those collector's items that's better admired in the package rather than taken out. However, if you like the Tiger organizers and love Pokémon, then I say splurge for the $18-$24 [adding the cost of the 4 AAA batteries and possibly the small screwdriver]. As for me I like what Tiger attempted to do with this new version, and I'm wondering how the Advance Pokédex will look when the GCN and GBA games come out this fall. Thanks, Dunestar hey! We're closing in on 251, and its all thanks to your help! so..... what's new at the pokemon center this week? well... good thing you should ask cause pure was down there yesterday and got info on the pokemon league and everything! • league should be starting in a few weeks... they have recieved the league supplies and are currently trying to negotiate a deal to hold the league in the rockefeller concourse as there really isn't too much free space in the center. the league signup sheets should be available in the next few weeks. • the pokemon get machine is now back to giving out ledgendary pokemon! it took a haitus there for a while where it gave out eggs rather than pokemon, but pure said that it's back up and running and giving out good pokemon! she got a level 50 shining zapdos and a shining articuno on her gold an silver games respectivly. it also looks as tho you can get a new pokemon each week! of course pure isn't 100% sure of this, but thats what it seems like according to the signs that say "get a new rare pokemon each week" we're just working on some other things... we have some SSB:M info that megs and dune have supplied for us... its just compiling it now... so we're keeping pretty busy.. so until tomorrow stay co....... WAIT A MINUTE! zeo viewers... are you ready to face your... DESTINY oh yeah.... i almost forgot.... Recommended for players ages 10 and up. hmmm.... so we know that each deck has a fair number of neo destiny pokemon in them... and we can also guess that the holos will be light asumarril dark typlosion respectivly... hmm... since typhlosion is a three stage evolution and azumarril is a two stage evolution... in order to balance those out i would guess that the light deck would have the machamp line while the dark deck has the slowking line.... other than that its really anyone's guess i suppose. guess we'll just have to wait until monday and find out about the set... but now the time ticks down to face your destiny... well... eric is now... <ahem> disposed of for making me say stupid things in his little section of the daily update.... isn't that right 'eric'... "excuse me, but do you have any city that is not on the map boosters in yet?") and that they will sell in five card packs (like the original ecards) for ¥190... or about $2.00us.

Other Updates Analyst IWAAAARK!!!! posted by Gloomy Atelier 1 deck posted by Saber WotC Chat Chatness posted by pure well, we're rapidly working on your wizards of the coast sections of the site, and wizads is working on the professor program and challenge series. from today's chat we have (a bit) more informatin on it, as well as an official suicune ruling (get a drink and go to the bathroom before starting this one folks.. its a long trip) and some more destiny info! chatting up a.... yeah, i know.. can't ever think of a better link name lucky lucky pure.... she got to go to the pokemon center yesterday.. and as usual they have a multitude of new stuff! Well, I ran into town to do a few things today, and the trip wouldn't have been complete without a stop at the pokemon center. Early in the day on a weekday is a good time to go, it's not very crowded. I took a turn around the bottom floor to see what was new…..they have a new line of terrycloth plush beanies that are very cute. Priced at 6.95, pretty reasonable. The selection was very good….i recall squirtle, bulbasaur, charmander, totodile, chikorita, cyndaquil, jigglypuff, ditto, psyduck, lapras, eevee, meowth, cleffa, smeargle, wooper, quagsire, pichu, pikachu, sentret, slowpoke, marril, poliwhirl, and mew….i'm pretty sure there were more but I can't think of them offhand. I bought the totodile..so cute! There was also a giant terrycloth pikachu. They have another new plush line priced at 9.95, which includes pichu, meowth, and wobbuffet. Several new packaged plush assortments were there, the ones featured on the website. I also saw a nice selection of nightlights! Gengar, scyther, mewtwo were included, at a cost of 7.95. several new tshirt designs have been added, including a nice mewtwo one and a tyranitar. New stickers and other stationery were to be found on the top floor, along with new poseable pvc's. they have all the legendary dogs/cats/whatevers now, and the legendary birds as well. Plus a good looking mewtwo. Those will set you back 5.95. They've also got new straps for use on pokemon mini, gameboys, or other small electronics, featuring magby, pichu, and umbreon! I bought a neck strap with umbreon on it and it's pretty keen. Wrist straps are 5.95, neck straps are 6.95. they also had new colors of cases for pokemon mini, (pink and blue) and some neat laptop cases…sort of a neoprene type affair that zips open and closed, in a slate grey color with the pikachu/porygon2 pokemon center online logo on it. They seemed to come in two sizes, the smaller of which cost 19.95. The pokemon get machine is still dispensing eggs, rather than legendaries or shiny or rare pokemon. I loaded in both my carts and got a bellsprout and a nidoran male. I put in eric's mewtwo's cart, I don't know what he got but hopefully its better than a bellsprout! Eric was nice and let me breed his tyranitar. Now I have four tyranitar eggs. The coolest new addition to the pokemon center is the card e reader kiosk! They've got a card e reader/gba set up on a stand, with a bigger screen, and you can swipe your ecards in and give it a test. I didn't have an e card on me, but I plan to go back next week and give it a try, and then I can give a report on what I thought of it. I meant to ask them about league….mtm said their kit has been shipped, so league should be available at the location soon. I'll try and remember to give them a call tomorrow. Well, that's what's up with the pokemon center nyc these days….make sure you stop by if you have the chance! man.... i can't wait until i live in new york.... ;) Hey, Project Z.E.O. is back with two new cards!
