Shining Hypno

I don't know about you but i like Hypno, He's pretty powerful if you think about it. And a Shiny one isn't all that bad of an idea. The Energy Symbol selections were what got it here. Looking at the other Shiny cards and all the choices were excellent. Awesome Idea! Cool card! And nice picture.
