But recently it got weaker and I don’t know why? This deck was built to imitate any deck it challenge in the game. Like a fera/blast deck, sneasel/rocket zap/slowking deck and others more. This is in an unlimited format, hope you can fix it up abit and check out whats wrong with it as well! Thanks, Zenki Nova had this to say in response: All right, none of you saw it, but Zenki also requested that the deck be kept to mostly colourless pokemon. Which will be easy enough to do. Taking advantage of the opponents’ strategy is one of the most solid tactics in Pokemon, at least it was when I left. What I’ve seen since I’ve returned has done nothing to clear that notion. As long as you can imitate your opponent, and usually more efficiently, then you’re flying, because you can just outrun him in the metaphorical race to victory. There are only a few things getting in your way with this deck. One major thing in particular. Your problem is most likely that you’re tripping over that little pink blob, Ditto. Oh, how I hate ditto. All right, on another topic, I’m going to try making this into a controversial cross between two of the most battle-hardened, time-tested decks in all of Unlimited history. I’m going to try for the elusive clefable SLASH wigglytuff deck. It’s going to be hard, and I readily admit that it might not work. If it doesn’t, please feel free to contact us again, and we’ll sort you right out again. Firstly, drop the pichu and the dittos. Better get rid of the chanseys, too, they’re kind of pointless without metal, and if you’re not going to focus on them exclusively. You’re going to need those spots. Add in another clefairy and a clefable, bringing you to three of each evolution line. Now, I’m sorry, I’m going to have to deviate a bit from your suggestion, because Gligar is soooo necessary in a deck featuring this many colourless pokemon. It’d get torn apart by pretty much any fighting pokemon in about two seconds. So say four gligar. Which nearly rounds out your pokemon; add another cleffa. Always a solid choice. I’m going to come back to the trainers in a minute, and do the energy first. This should probably concentrate on as many special energy types as you consider to be humanly possible. Since all but one of your pokemon attack exclusively with colourless energy, it makes sense to concentrate on that kind of energy, so exchange some water for four recycle. Furthermore, you could exchange some energy for potion or full heal if you felt really strongly about it, but I feel really strongly about not doing it, so I’m not putting them in. As further substitute for colourless and as the one type of energy that will actually be semi-useful, drop in six fighting. The rest, five water, will soon become far more useful as trainers. Well, except for the two that I turned into pokemon without pointing it out. Trainers last. Drop the lucky gym and oak’s research, and the plus power. Replace them with three oak and three elm. Also, drop two SER and replace them with regular energy removal. And those three energy magically become two energy charges, and another energy removal. And change the focus bands out for gold berries. Now, there are a few things this deck needs. For instance, it needs gyms, probably healing fields. Also for instance, it could use one more of each of the basics, clefairy and jigglypuff. I’m going to leave it up to you to decide: Are you a skilled enough player to try playing with less energy? If so, drop some energy and put in two healing fields, because that’s the most urgent. But for now, I’m going to leave it with the more energy solution. That should turn it around a little. If it doesn’t work out for you, then you could try going for either Fable or the big Tuff alone. And if that’s too boring for you, you could basically stick with your old deck, with a few minor changes, like the oaks and elms, which will speed up your play a little. Hope it works out for you!
