the tick is a pretty cool show, and it has a really diverse group of heroes and villians. let's start with the heroes, shall we?

first off, there's the tick. big, blue, and really enthusiastic about his job. he's not all that bright, but he's practically indestructible...

arthur is his sidekick. before he became the tick's sidekick, arthur was an accountant. sometimes people think he's a bunny, which infuriates him because he wears a moth suit.

this is der fledermaus. he thinks he's pretty hot stuff. about the only superhero thing he's really into is standing around and looking good. he absolutely sucks in a real fight.

american maid is really the only one of the heroes who has her act completely together. she's very patriotic, and uses her stiletto heels as weapons.

here's the sewer urchin. he lives, well, in the sewers. der fledermaus calls him"stinky". sewer urchin talks like dustin hoffman's character in "rain man." oh yeah, definitely like dustin hoffman, yeah.

there are a few more heroes, mainly a group called "the civic-minded five" which is composed of...let me see...the crusading chameleon, four-legged man, feral boy, and...i forget the other two...(mr. forgettable and captain amnesia! just kidding) any or all of these heroes can frequently be found hanging out in the diner.
